ㅤfatuiㅤ after reaching the docks in ritou while being chased by the shogunate for ''stealing'' a vision, kazuha sneaks onto a fatui ship because he is desperate to get out of Inazuma at that point. when he gets discovered they are already halfway to Snezhnaya and at first, the fatui officer in charge wants to throw him off the ship.while being covered in dried-up blood kazuha is still able to hold a stand and makes the whole ship submit to him, with this the fatui officer asks for an audience with the tsaritsa and introduces kazuha. the tsaritsa makes an offer, he joins right then and there and with that, she gives him his cryo delusion. inspohe works under the sixth harbinger, the balladeer.
he is mostly stationed in fontaine.
